What is your exchange policy?
All customized items are a final sale. Stock items may be exchanged within a period of 2 weeks for a new item or store credit. We must receive an email record for all returns. Please call or email for more detailed information before returning any items.

How do I get to Val's Customized?
From QEW Niagara Falls: Exit at Martindale Rd., turn right on to Martindale Rd., right on to Hannover (located on your left).
From QEW Toronto: Exit at 7th St., turn right on to 7th, left on to the Service Rd, right on to Hannover (located on your right).
From the Canadian Henley Rowing Course: Turn left on to Main St, turn Left on to Martindale Rd, turn right on to Hannover past QEW overpass (located on your right).
How much is shipping?
Shipping within Ontario is $6.95, plus $1.00 for every item.
Shipping within Canada, outside of Ontario is $9.95. plus $1.00 for every item.

When will I receive my order?
As long as all items are in stock, you should receive your order within 10 business days, barring any unusual circumstances.
